  • A project management team is assigned to each client. Your assigned Project Manager will be available through your entire closing process.

  • Yes, Pixis relies on the knowledge of its established network of surveyors who have years of experience working in their respective areas.

    We have found that working with local surveyors wherever possible brings many benefits to our clients, often including a lower cost and faster resolution to any issues that may arise.

  • Your assigned Project Manager will facilitate any requested conference calls with the surveyor(s).

  • Our approved surveyors must use our standardized drafting format which ensures that each survey within your portfolio will be consistent, making your review process easy.

  • Our 50 step quality review process, developed with qualified ALTA professional land surveyors, ensures that all client requirements are fulfilled.

    Our experienced reviewers work with our surveyors to resolve issues before a survey is sent to the client. Our reviewers go through one full year of extensive training before doing their own reviews.

  • The surveys are prepared in accordance with the 2016 ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standard Detail Requirements and will typically include the following optional Table A Items: 1-4, 6, 7(a)-(c), 8-10 and 13-18. However, the Table A Items are contingent upon the clients’ specific requirements.

  • Timeframe is dependent on the complexity of the site, weather conditions and title documentation. Typically delivery can be made in two to three (2-3) weeks.

  • Prior to distribution of the initial survey(s) to our clients, Pixis provides a full review of each survey utilizing our “Survey Review Checklist”. This comprehensive review ensures that there will be a minimal number of comments from our clients. If comments are received, our project managers will work with the client’s team to consolidate the comments from all parties. The project manager will work closely with the surveyor(s) to ensure that all comments are addressed prior to redistributing the revised survey(s).
